Pyramids
I need your advice. I have been offered to be a part of the Amway pyramid, and I'm not sure that is something I want to get into. I guess I don't believe it really works. I need your input on this, it will be greatly appreciated!

Amway has been in business for a long time and has a good reputation as a solid company. The question of whether or not it "works" depends on your expectations. People often end up being disappointed by direct sales business opportunities because they expect to make a lot of money without really doing much work. This is not the case with any business - and if that's an expectation that you have, you'll likely be disappointed. Selling products and building and maintaining a team is hard work.
The only way to become a successful independent distributor for any company is to realize that you are basically becoming a self-employed business owner and to commit to working your business day in and day out. Success with any direct sales opportunity starts with realizing that you are going to have to be prepared to work it, just as you would have to work any business that you started. It requires consistent selling efforts and ongoing recruiting efforts, as well as a willingness to invest your time, money and energy into building a successful business.
