Step 3: Take Action to Make Your Plan into a Reality

This is the most difficult part of the process for a lot of people. They may be very good at making a plan but find it difficult to keep the momentum going to put it into action. Working with a life coach for your job search means that you will be held accountable for your actions, or lack of them.

When you tell someone else that you are going to do something, it does make it easier to stick with the process until you reach your goal.

When you initially contact a life coach, ask if he or she will provide you with a free consultation. You need to find someone you feel a connection to, or the relationship won't be a workable one.
