You can find the online version of a Walmart employment application form on the Walmart Careers page within the company's website. From that page, you can choose to apply for a position within a Walmart or Sam's store or with the Logistics division. You can also select Corporate Careers, eCommerce Careers (including working for Walmart.com or SamsClub.com), Pharmacy Careers, or Independent Doctor of Optometry Careers.

Applying for jobs online is easy and a preferred method by many employers.
If you choose to apply for a position in one of your local Walmart or Sam's Club stores, you'll need to devote about thirty minutes to an hour to filling out the form online. If you can't do it all at once, that's no problem; you can save it and go back to it later-for up to sixty days. The application form is available online in English and Spanish. If you have a disability that prohibits you from applying online, you can go to your nearest store and request assistance.

The Corporate section of the website will only work with Internet Explorer and you will have to create a new login. You can search for jobs by location or type; create, post, and edit resumes; and edit your account.
By choosing the eCommerce option, you can see which areas have jobs available and then narrow it down by category. With this type of job search, you can set up an agent that will email you when a job that meets your criteria becomes available. When you complete your search, you'll see the jobs that have already been posted, when they were posted, and information about the positions. You can fill out a form online or submit your resume by email.
You'll be asked to give your contact information and post or upload your resume if you choose the online form. You will then be asked to complete a form about your contact information, employment history, employment desired, education, training history, references, and optional personal data (ethnicity and gender).
